It’s a plant nursery, a cafe, a gift store and a butterfly garden all in one… AND there’s even a playground!! Skydancers is such a great spot to spend a morning or afternoon.
Butterflies are a real hit in Mamma’s house, so it’s very special to be able to visit a ‘butterfly garden’. This is a sweet, little, enclosed garden where butterflies float by the trees and potted flowers. There are enough butterflies that you’ll always see some, but not so many that it’s overwhelming. It’s interesting to see the butterfly chrysalises hanging up in a row, ready to hatch! A good way to start to teach the kids about the butterfly’s life cycle.
The cafe is spacious, licensed, has babycinos and colouring-in activities for the kids - what more could you need after an afternoon of plant shopping and butterfly spotting!? You can sit inside, or outside overlooking the playground and spacious play area. Mamma recommends ordering the tasting plate - a selection of little sweets to try.
