winter/spring 2018 @ the arts centre melbourne

Mamma loves making a special trip into the city for some kid friendly, theatrical fun. From spying the gorgeous spire from to running on the green grass beneath the 'waves' - there is fun before you even get inside the place!  Oh, all the memories!

Their new season of fun and performances looks fantastic and Mamma got to see a sneak peek on what is coming up for us all to enjoy.

There is the an array of heart-warming, hilarious and inventive theatrical adventures and interactive experiences as part of Arts Centre Melbourne’s 2018 Winter Spring Families program, with an exciting and extensive line-up featuring new stage adaptations of the popular books including Lewis Carroll’s The Hunting of the Snark, Roald Dahl’s George’s Marvellous Medicine and the much loved The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Children and their families will be able to rock out at the Teeny Tiny Stevies Tea Party, head to the depths of the ocean in the interactive theatre experience Erth’s Prehistoric Aquarium, tackle big ideas in The Children’s Party: Think Tank Sessions and be dazzled by The Great Illusionist.
