Perched here on the banks of the Maribyrnong for over 80 years - everyone will find something at the Boulevard Cafe and with a balcony that has a view of the 'in-house' playground and across the nursery to the river you can chill out with your morning caffeine hit in peace .... Perfect! The homewares shop and nursery are a real treat to browse and you will no doubt pick up a purchase or two!
