Great Northside road trip alert! Only around an hour out of town, this kid friendly winery is the perfect spot to spend a Sunday afternoon with the family.

This place is HUGE with plenty of room for the kids to be free to be kids. There’s a restaurant with a great children’s menu if you’re after breakfast or lunch. The kids will find all their usual suspects on the menu and for the adults, think smashed avo, bacon & eggs and waffles for breakfast and risotto, roasted lamb and porterhouse steak for lunch - with suggested wines to match of course. Or you can taste wines in the front bar and choose a cheese or charcuterie board to go along with your wine selection. You can sit outdoors either under the arbour in the hugely spacious front yard and let the kids run around or in the courtyard where there’s a slide, cubby and tunnel to keep the the littler ones occupied.

There’s a gorgeous farm store onsite where you can purchase unique gifts and some Fowles wine to take home with you.

This is such a lovely spot for a family day out or a special occasion.
