Casual Sensory Mighty Gym and Sensory Mini Gym sessions are currently running Monday - Friday! Woohoo. Bookings are essential.
Craftercise raises the bar for childhood development and learning and it’s also stacks of fun! Both Amanda & Aleisha (founders) are professional trainers for early childhood educators and have knowledge and passion for physical education and play based learning. Amanda has a PHD in children's physical activity and sedentary behaviour and Aleisha’s background is in physiotherapy & physical education - the ultimate powerhouse duo! Their passion for fun is evident from the second you walk into the room.
Everything is so well thought out, from hygiene & cleanliness to understanding young children and how to fully engage them in play - for each individual child. Craftercise is a truly unique experience, your children will not want to leave!! The program is definitely not a 'child minding' service as the Craftercise team encourages mums/dads to get as involved in the play as the kids.
