volcano park, craigieburn

Mamma loves a themed playground and here’s a local spot with a very cool theme indeed - VOLCANOES! The red ‘lava’ vibes make this playground a really eye-popping spot. There’s a ‘sandpit’ full of red ‘volcanic rock’ to play in, or sit on the diggers to scoop and drop! The levelled in-ground trampolines, set in red ‘lava’ are lots of fun (bigger kids may even be able to bounce down from top to bottom!) There’s a water pump feature and nature play, a huge rope climbing frame, an awesome clothesline-style rotary spinner, a basket swing and an EPIC super slide preceded by a fenced path and cage structure (perhaps so that you can feel nervous anticipation as you approach!)

There’s also a covered picnic table area for a chill out and a snack! Perfect.

Mamma’s special mention:
Craigieburn is so jam-packed with awesome, fresh playgrounds! How many of the following have you been to?
Traffic Park @ Aston,
Golden Sun Moth Park,
Aston’s Champion Parade Park,
Aston’s Debonair Parade Park Craigieburn,
Aston Fields Playground, Craigieburn
Aston’s Observation Park, Craigieburn
